Webb3 sep. 2015 · In the story missions they kill themselves i think, i only ever knocked out the sniper skulls and all i heard was a gun shot before i could get to them, and then the marker that was on them goes away as if they died. Im not sure if you can actually find skulls outside of main missions though. WebbCheck the mission if you're not sure if you got the person with skill especially involve R&D. If it grey, it mean you already have them maybe injured or in the waiting room. If it colored(white)...
