WebFeb 6, 2015 · DS4 on Windows 7. For forum searching sake here is my conclusion. It was indeed the BT dongle. The Atheros PCI one I was using wouldn't work. Uninstalled everything. Tried my ASUS USB and went through it all again and DS3/DS4 both connect over BT now without any problems. Weba month ago every thing ok, its charging and i can play with bluetooth but now its not. its only working with usb plug in. and btw i have another ds3 controller and its charging. im using scptoolkit 1.6.238.16010. and like you see SCP Monitor its giving me status "241" instead of "charging" . sorry for my bad english
