Exploring the areas like the grand reef and blood kelp trench made me appreciate how the game uses verticality to enrich the experience. The biomes are also brilliantly designed with certain areas within zones giving off different vibes. It’s a bit more dangerous than the northern entrance, though; this one is close to the Dunes, which has a fair few Reaper Leviathans lurking about.
